I would counter with my prepared Dark Templars. Due to your lack of detectors, your sparts would be decimated. Then I would follow up the attack with a fleet of fully upped Carriers to completely demolish everything on the hill. When it is wiped clean, I build a new nexus on the top and gather the minerals nearby.
